MoonPay has been approved by the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation in the Netherlands, making it the first digital asset platform to secure such approval under Europe’s new regulation. The accomplishment allows MoonPay to innovate crypto payments across Europe. The company secured its license from the Netherlands’ Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
